Thank you for your interest in Dr. Bahar Esmaili and The Center for Breath & Beyond. Before scheduling a Discovery Call, please review this important update about our current new-patient care process.

Due to limited provider availability, we are not currently accepting new patients for ongoing treatment directly with Dr. Esmaili. New patients may still complete Dr. Esmaili’s comprehensive diagnostic assessment at our office.

Following your assessment, our team will organize your findings into a comprehensive diagnostic presentation. You will then select one of three providers specifically trained by Dr. Esmaili to continue your care. Your selected provider will review your findings with you, develop your treatment plan, and provide your ongoing treatment.

The comprehensive diagnostic assessment is completed at our office and is $2,000, with a $500 deposit due at the time of scheduling.

The Patient Information Guide below explains the process in greater detail, including what is included in the diagnostic assessment and how your care transitions to your selected treating provider. After your diagnostic assessment and completion of your records, routine ongoing treatment will take place with that provider rather than at our office.
